What your friends do:

Click on the link and enter their e-mail address. They will then receive from you a 10 euro voucher for the first purchase.

What you get:

Have your friends successfully registered and made an order, you get a 10 euro voucher code. You can find this in the yellow tab under 'Redemption' (please log in beforehand in the customer account). Simply copy a code and redeem at checkout in the field 'Discounts'.
